What is the check-in and check-out time?

The check-in time is at 4:00 PM and the check-out time is between 10:00-11:00 AM.

What is your cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy is as follows, if the booking is cancelled less than 21 days before arrival a charge of 30% of the stay will be made. 
If the booking is cancelled less than 10 days before arrival a charge of 60% of the stay will be made.
Yes, a security deposit of 25% is required with full payment due 6 weeks before arrival.

Yes, one pet is allowed at Offshore Cottages there is an additional charge of £25 per stay for one pet.

The Offshore Coffee House

Situated on the East Beach in Sheringham, our café is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the waves lap on the shore. We’re proud to serve the best coffee in town, and we also offer a wide selection of teas, milkshakes, and hot chocolates.

Our new food menu includes a variety of breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea options. We have pastries, panini, scones, and delicious cakes, as well as plenty of take-away options, including all your favorite ice creams.

The property was lovely, spacious. spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. It is also perfectly located too, very close to the seafront and Town but very quiet too. Parking at the property also a bonus.
