We also provide tea and coffee pods, the dining table provides plenty of space to seat four.

The living/dining area has a flatscreen tv and a comfortable sofa to relax in.

The 2 bedrooms come with flatscreen tv's, drawers, hanging space and both beds can be split into two singles.

The bathroom has a bathtub with a very powerful shower head as well.

The Haven is a newly refurbished traditional Flint faced cottage featuring 4 bedrooms in the heart of Sheringham. All the amenities are with in walking distance, shops, restaurants, beach and the coastal path.

It is and ideal place to come together for a big family or large groups.

The house is a 1750 newly refurbished flint town house in the middle of Sheringham, shops are 150 m down the road and it is 150 meters to the sea.

The ground floor has a spacious kitchen with a dining table, leading into a large snug which has direct access to the patio area.

Natural lights floods this space with skylights and a large patio door.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need to make family meal.

The dining area consists of a table to seat 8 people, and the main lounge which looks onto the street has a large flat screen tv, two sofas and an armchair.

The first floor offers 3 bedrooms, a King size bedroom with plenty of storage, second bedroom has bunk beds which can sleep adults as well and he third bedroom has two single beds.

The family bathroom has a walk in shower as well as a bath tub.

On the third floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed and a separate shower room with WC and basin.

The accommodation is an Annexe connected to our main residence and is completely self contained with its own private entrance.

We are normally at home so will be on hand for any questions, but will of course give you plenty of privacy.

The Retreat offers a king size bedroom with an en suite, a flat screen tv and tea and coffee facilities. 

There is a small fridge in the room as well as crockery and cutlery.

Bed linen and wifi is included.

The promenade is 5 minutes away from the accommodation and the town centre is a 10 minute walk.
